At Daydreamer’s Emporium, many of our products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or personal-use items. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review each situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Shipping Issues
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. However, we will gladly assist customers with filing carrier claims for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
